How to request deletion
Email contact@leokalabs.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Paximity Account Deletion.” If you no longer have access to that email address, explain that in your message. Do not send your password or precise location history.
Information covered by a request
A verified deletion request may apply to personal information associated with your account, including account details, dog profiles, Besties relationships, and walk or location information linked to you. Community reports may be deleted or de-identified when appropriate.
Information that may remain
Leoka Labs may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Some information may also remain in de-identified form that is no longer reasonably linked to you.
After you submit a request
Leoka Labs may contact you for identity verification or additional information needed to process the request. You may contact support if you have questions about a pending request.
